Is CBD legal?
Yes! Laws passed in 2018 made it legal to sell hemp and hemp products in the US. CBD and hemp are 100% legal in all 50 states.
What is the difference between hemp and marijuana?
Hemp plants and marijuana plants are both the same species. Hemp is defined as a plant that contains less than 0.3% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the compound responsible for producing intoxicating effects, or the feeling of being “high.” The hemp plant has low levels of THC, thus removing the possibility of psychoactive effects. Marijuana plants have a higher amount of THC in them.
Will using CBD show up on a drug test?
Even though our products are legal, take caution when using any kind of hemp-derived product. Our products contain less than 0.3% THC, but there is a risk in failing a drug test from any CBD product. Speak with your doctor or HR department.
